Hey, I’m Natalia — recruiter, process geek, and founder of scaledt.
I’ve spent almost eleven years in recruitment, moving through fintech, FMCG, and tech. Over time, the same pattern kept popping up: most hiring problems weren’t about the talent itself. They came from unclear processes, teams guessing their way through interviews, and a pile of “urgent” roles with no real plan behind them.
Scaledt started as my way of cleaning that up.
